ALARMTRON operators are trained to deal with all types of emergencies and you can rely on us to react quickly in your time of need.

Burglary – Unauthorized entry can be detected by many types of devices (eg: contacts, glass break detectors, motion detectors, TVX cameras, environmental detectors, etc)

Fire – Smoke and/or heat detectors can be installed and tied into the alarm system. Fire alarm panels and sprinkler systems can also be monitored.

Panic/Distress/Hold-up – Push-button devices can be installed that activate an alarm in the event of any type of emergency.

Medic Alert - Due to the nature of this type of alarm, ALARMTRON will respond according to the customer’s specific instructions (eg: an ambulance can be dispatched, family, friends, neighbors or physician can be advised of the situation.

Low Temperature/Flood/Boiler – ALARMTRON can monitor any number of environmental conditions of a commercial or residential premises. Home owners that travel during the winter find the low temperature monitoring service valuable as it eliminates the need to have someone check their home for proper temperatures.

Phone Line Transmission Security – Your alarm system is only as good as your phone line. To ensure an uninterrupted link between your alarm system and our Monitoring Station we have established a dedicated ULC listed Long Range Radio Network (Safecom) This network will transmit alarm data even after phone lines have been cut and can stand alone in applications where no phone lines are present.

Visual Verification Security (TVX) – The TVX system allows our Monitoring Station operators to visually verify what caused an alarm activation. This system is designed to transmit digital video “images” using a powerful miniaturized video camera at the protected areas. The instant an alarm is triggered, the TVX camera takes four photos and within 20 seconds the pictures are transmitted to our Monitoring Station operator for review. TVX verified alarms enjoy a higher response priority by the police (and other enforcement authorities) because the alarms are verified as actual break-ins or hold-ups in progress.

Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) – Allows you to monitor events at a remote location (eg: observe traffic on the floor of a shopping mall, keep an eye on patients in a hospital).

Card Access Control – Knowing who went where, and when, can be at your fingertips with an Access Control System. ALARMTRON can provide centralized control, monitoring and management.

Openings/Closings – Alarmtron can monitor who armed and disarmed a burglar alarm system and at what time. As well, if a burglary system is not armed by a specific time, ALARMTRON will respond by notifying the key holder(s). Monthly or weekly report can be provided.
